Data controller
QXDOT is the controller of the personal data you submit through qxdot.com, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send a project brief we collect your name, organization, email, project type, goals, budget range, timing, any document link you provide, the language you used and the submission time.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to assess your project, reply to you and prepare a proposal, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for website hosting, bot protection, database storage and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions.
Retention and security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored in an encrypted database, is accessible only to the relevant team, and is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or withdraw consent at any time by replying to our email. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
